[Recipe] Matcha Chocolate Chips Butter Cookies (Less sugar version) 抹茶朱古力粒牛油曲奇 (少糖版)

如何做抹茶朱古力粒油曲奇 (少糖版)
Ingredient 材料

 Unsalted butter (soften) 100 grams 無鹽牛油(軟化) 100 克
 Brown Sugar 80 grams 紅 80 克
 Egg 1 雞蛋 1 
 All purpose flour 180 grams 通用麵粉 180 克
 Matcha Powder 10 grams 抹茶粉 10 
 Baking Powder    2 grams 發酵粉 2 
 Semi-sweet chocolate chips  60 grams 半甜朱古力粒 60 

This recipe can make about 16 cookies.
這個食譜可以製作大約16個曲奇。

HOW TO MAKE MATCHA CHOCOLATE CHIPS BUTTER COOKIES
如何做抹茶朱古力粒牛油曲奇
Mix 100 grams of soften unsalted butter with 80 grams of brown sugar.

將100克軟化無鹽牛油與80克紅糖一起攪拌

After the unsalted butter and brown sugar are blended together, add one egg to mix again.

無鹽牛油和紅糖混合在一起後,添加一個雞蛋再次攪拌

Sift in 180 grams of All purpose flour, 10 grams of matcha powder and 2 grams of baking powder.  Mix all the ingredients together.  After the cookie dough is formed, add in 60 grams of semi-sweet chocolate chips.

篩入180克通用麵粉,10克抹茶粉和2克發酵粉。將所有材料混合在一起。曲奇麵團形成後,加入60克半甜巧克力

After mixing the cookie dough with semi-sweet chocolate chips, measure out 25 grams of cookie dough per cookie.  Round up each small cookie dough and flatten it with your hands.
Now, its time to preheat the oven to bake the cookies.

曲奇麵團與半甜巧克力片混合後,測出25克曲奇麵團去做一塊曲奇然後用手將每個小曲奇麵團做成球形再壓扁現在,是時候將烤爐預熱去曲奇了。

Preheat and bake:
~Preheat oven for 10 minutes~
Bake at 375 F for 12 minutes


預熱和烘烤: 
~預熱烤爐10分鐘~
在375 F下烘烤12分鐘
